The gift of a clean water well is a beautiful thing. Wells keep kids in school by ending long daily trips of hauling water. Clean water supports health, leading to strong minds and bodies for learning. And wells drilled next to churches lead to conversations about Jesus, as the water is shared freely with any who need it. Green Door Homes
The average home where CRI works is a one-room mud structure with a tarp or thatch roof. If there is a door, it does not lock. The walls are home to bugs and rats. Each house stands precariously until the rainy season when storms can destroy the homes.
